Curtains & Blinds Get Installed

We ended this week on another high because our custom made curtains and blinds from Kresta were installed. And they look awesome.

We absolutely love how luxurious and cosy the curtains make the bedrooms feel, especially the generous amount of pooling onto the carpet. While in the living room, I can’t stop playing with the motorised roller blinds. They’re so cool! I’m glad we went with the double-view option because the independent sun-screen and black-out blinds give us full control over the amount of light we let into the pod. Not to mention how stylish they look with the separate grey and white layers.

Our blinds have two layers. At the rear is a grey sun shade, then at the front a white block-out layer. They are motorised and we can control each layer independently. Or a function I love, you can close them all at once with the press of a single button. Very James Bond!

  1. Hey guys, loved your kitchen splash back so much we are also using the tiles. Can I ask what grout you used? Couldn’t decide if it was white or misty grey? Thanks a million!

    • Thanks Katie. Awesome! I’m not sure of the exact colour name, but it’s off white. A very light grey tint, so it could be misty grey. A slightly darker grout than ours would give more definition to the hexagons, the lighter you go the more subtle.
      Hope that helps :)
