Yeah of course, I’d estimate based on the increased costs in building since we built our home, along with the quality fixtures/fittings we used, $4,500 – $5,000 per sqm. We designed the house ourselves and would rather keep them for ourselves sorry. But yes, we love the SIPs and would build with them again for sure. 1) Do you have an estimated cost/m^2 (for someone without your connections)?
2) If I wanted to use your design as a beginning for my design, would drawings or plans be avaialbe for purchase? If so from who (Haven?)
3) Are you happy with the SIPS and how that all worked out?
